General guild details

This document describes all general guild details that can be saved for each guild. These details are the base of guild profile information. By default every leader has permissions to edit all details or allow other guild member to. To edit your guild details open the profile of your guild and click Edit details link, on right to the guild name.

This section allows you to insert and save your guild API key (starting with letter "g"). Depending on included key modules following features will be available:

• Guild members update (module G04)
  In case the G04 module is part of your guild API key, you can make the system to keep your guild members list up to date. To enable this functionality check the Keep members list updated option.
  
  
• Guild inventory browsing (module G03)
  If your guild API key includes the module G03, all your guild members will be allowed to browse guild inventory using the Bag App application. This feature is automatic and works as well for all guilds that are marked as being alt to your guild hall. Read below how to set this option.
  
  
• Guild MOTD code (module G02)
  In case the guild API key includes the module G02, you can see the current guild MOTD and its code in Guild tools. This might be useful in case you lost the original code.

You can create a guild API key using the Ryzom API application. Valid key is not required to use all other features, it only enables additional features as described.

These options allows you to set basic matter of your guild.

Form - Specifies general guild form, you can choose from following options:

• Guild - standard form of guilds with a guild leader
• Clan - option for guilds with clan order and clan leader
• Order - option for guilds who declare themselves as orders, lead by order leader
• Society - special form of guild where the leader is equal to high officers thus the leader is mentioned as a High Officer (however internally is still the leader with all permissions)

Located - Specifies where the Guild Hall is located. Set this options to "Ruins of Silan" in case you want to emphasize the fact your guild operates on Silan only.

Members - Choose general requirements on new members. In case none of options suit you or your guild hall do not recruit set this option to "Special requirements".

• Any homin or homina - means the guild is generally open to everyone
  
• Atys citizens only - says that new members must be able to wear Atys citizen title, ie to have good fame with all nations
  
• Female only - the guild accepts females only
  
• Fyros race only - the guild accepts homins of Fyros race only
  
• Fyros race or patriots - the guild accepts homins alligned to Fyros Empire only
  
• Kami Disciples only - the guild accepts homins alligned with Kami only
  
• Karavan followers only - the guild accepts homins alligned with Karavan only
  
• Male only - the guild accepts males only
  
• Marauders only - the guild accepts homins alligned with Marauders only
  
• Matis race only - the guild accepts homins of Matis race only
  
• Matis race or subjects - the guild accepts homins alligned to Matis Kingdom only
  
• Ranger Aspirants only - the guild accepts Ranger Aspirants only
  
• Rangers only - the guild accepts homins alligned with Rangers only
  
• Special requirements - set in case none of other options fit
  
• Tryker race only - the guild accepts homins of Tryker race only
  
• Tryker race or citizens - the guild accepts homins alligned with Tryker federation only
  
• Zoraï race only - the guild accepts homins of Zoraï race only
  
• Zoraï race or initiates - the guild accepts homins alligned with Zoraï Dynasty only

Policy - choose the general type of your guild. This option is useful mainly to mark inactive and alt guilds and allow to exclude those from searching.

• Normal guild - all guilds by default
  
• CSR guild - special type of guild for the Ryzom team, this option is not available for regular users
  
• Event guild - special type of guild for the Ryzom team, this option is not available for regular users
  
• Ryzom forge - special type of guild for the Ryzom team, this option is not available for regular users
  
• Inactive guild - set this type in case your guild is not active
  
• Private guild - use this option to mark your guild as your private
  
• Secret guild - set this type if you want to hide your guild in the whole RyGReg, however it will remain part of statistics and the guild is still visible if you get the Ryzom guilds API data directly from server, out of this tool
  
• Storage guild - choose this type in case your guild is a storage guild to extend inventory
  
• Ryzom team - special type of guild for the Ryzom team, this option is not available for regular users

Alt guild to - enter a guild name you wish to set as master to your guild, this option is available only in case there are no other guilds set as alt to your guild. This option must be set to make this guild included in master guild Alt GHs inventory. All master guild members can browse it then using the Bag App.

These options say more about the matter of your guild, mainly your allegiance and your guild rules about PvP and role-play. Set these options by what your guild declare, not what is the actual setting of your guild.

Faction - select your guild faction allegiance

Civilization - select your guild nation allegiance

Religion - set your guild religion

• Goo followers - the guild worships the Goo and might do experiments with it
  
• Laws of Jena - the guild consists of orthodox Karavan followers and uses Karavan transport services only, members must be or become Karavan followers
  
• Laws of Ma-Duk - the guild consists of orthodox Kami disciples and uses Kami transport services only, members must be or become Kami disciples

PvP - select your guild rules about PvP

• No - PvP is forbidden for all guild members
  
• Optional - PvP is optional for all guild members
  
• Yes - PvP tag is mandatory for all guild members

Role-play - select your guild rules about role-play

• No - Role-play is forbidden for all guild members
  
• Optional - Role-play is optional for all guild members
  
• Yes - Role-play is mandatory for all guild members

You can select one or more languages of your guild. You should rather choose those languages you wish others to use in communication with you than all languages the guild members can speak. This option is important in case someone looks for a guild or wish to contact your guild. You need to select at least one language to be able to insert guild info texts.

You can specify external links to display in your guild profile. All links are optional. The HTTPS should work well, in case you have troubles to display/access a link in in-game browser, try to use HTTP instead.

Guild luciography - specify URL of your guild image you wish to display. The width supposed to be 510px, however the image will be automatically resized so you do not have to care about the resolution.
