How to browse alt guild hall inventory

⇡ Bag App user help    ▤ All documents

To enable all of your alt guild hall inventories in BagApp, you have to perform several steps for each guild hall. This way you will enable all alt guild hall inventories in BagApp but also will declare guild relationship to everyone.

This document uses the term Master for a guild that will see inventories of other guilds and the term Slave for all other guilds who are mastered by the Master guild. A Master guild with one or more Slave guilds is not possible to set as a Slave of other guild.

Make a Slave for the Master

RyGReg guilds database allows you to set master-(multi)slave relation between guilds. Master is your guild, the one that will see inventories of others. A Slave is any other guild who is not master to other guild(s).
You need to use RyGReg tool as a character who is allowed to perform changes in Slave guild details. The current guild leader is allowed by default by the system. He can grant same permissions to any number of other guild members.
To set the Slave guild to be mastered by the Master, do following steps:

Valid guild API key for the Slave

While still being in the Slave guild settings, insert a valid guild key into Guild API key text field in section Ryzom API options.
You need to have a High Officer rank in the Slave guild to be able to use Ryzom API tool to create new guild keys.

Save and check

Save Slave guild details. That was all necessary on this side. Now you need to use BagApp to see the Slave guild inventory.

Cache lifetime and updates

Guild hall inventories might consist of many stacks of various items. This might cause that a regular cache updates will slow you down. You can use BagApp ☑ Customization to change each storage cache lifetime (in minutes) and also enable or disable automatic cache updates. This option is also available in your user settings.
