Univentory allows you to share a single item from any of your inventories excluding alt guild halls and other Univentory shares. This way you will give access to a Homin/guild to see all such item details without possibility to browse other items in same or other storage.

Share a single specific item, you have to find it in your inventories first. Open its details from inventory browser by clicking on its name. Once you find the item you want to share with others, click the Show option on top-right create new Univentory share.
As next a form to create new single share will appear. You can change the share name, description and specify who is allowed to see the item.
- Specified homin - This option will share the item with a homin specified in the text field in the selection. Please enter a valid homin name as it is written because the check is case sensitive.
- Specified guild by name / ID - This option will share the item with a guild specified in the text field in the selection. Please enter a valid guild name as it is written or valid guild ID. System will try to find matching guild record.
- Your guild members - This option will share the item with all your guild members. You can ignore the text field while no additional details are needed. This option is available only in case you are a member of a guild.
- Your master guild members - This option will share the item with all your master guild members, that mean all members of the guild that is set to be mastering your guild. You can ignore the text field while no additional details are needed. This option is available only in case you are a member of a guild that has a master guild properly set in RyGReg.
- Everyone - This option will make the item visible for everyone who will use the Univentory.
Once you set all details, click the Show button to create new share. The item will be visible for allowed homins right after you complete the process until the moment you remove this share.
In case an item is shared, there is an addition Share detail in top-right menu. Same page is also available in My shares section by clicking on a single share name. Click the link to view what allowed users can see and also to display additional generated codes in Links to share part of the page.
The forum code can be used to advertise your share on forum or in an izam, the HTML code in any regular web page like guild web site. All links lead back to BagApp, directly to the shared item details. Links to share section is available only for the share owner and viewers will not see it.
If you want to remove the shared item from Univentory, you need to either find the item in your inventory and use the top-right menu option Hide or from the list of your shares in My shares section by clicking on Delete option. The share will be disabled for viewers right after you finish the process.
