The Guild Watchdog allows you to set multiple rules about items stored in your guild halls. This set of rules can be used in other scripts (tools) to help you with the guild management.

Checker |
|
This tool helps you to find duplicate stacks of same items in your halls so you can reduce them and save some guild hall slots. In case there exists a Guild Watchdog rule the tool will give you best guess for each stack, however please understand that ability of this script is limited. You should let build new table after each change actually performed one of guild halls.
The Checker script allows you to set following options that will limit the list of found stacks:
- Group allows you to select item group or category to search in.
- Only stacks of same quality checkbox will cause that the output will be limited on multiple stacks of same item type and quality.
Please note that the cache analysis is based on your private cache. The script will warn you in case that any of guild hall cache is older than 10 minutes. The time of analysis depends on number of stacks in your inventories and might take some serious time. Also the analysis results might be pretty long and you might meet client limits when using the tool in-game.
Once you set script options and click to Search button, the script will browse your guild hall inventory cache and will look for stacks that can be merged to save inventory slots. Along with existing rules, the Guild Watchdog will try to suggest best action to do with each stack in attempt to fulfill all rules.
Results are separated by sheet ID (item) into multiple tables that provide following information:
- First column contains information about which guild hall the stack is placed in.
- Second column tell you the stack quality.
- Third column contains information how many pieces contains the stack.
- Fourth column contains the Guild Watchdog suggestion about what to do with the stack.
There might always be a delay between actual situation of a guild inventory and information available in the game API. To minimize possible troubles that come from this problem you should do all changes along Checker results as blocks. Do a set of changes in your inventories along current results, lets say first 30, wait before the guild API data are updated, it should be done in about 10 minutes since the change is actually performed in-game. Then let the Checker analyze inventories again.
This tool can be helpful in your guild resources management but requires your attention and systematic work. Otherwise you will waste a lot of time looking for not existing stacks, based on wrong analysis results.

It should be done in about 10 minutes since the change is actually performed in-game.
